Avemio AG: Acquisition of 80% of the shares in L.E.A Investment GmbH and its subsidiary Infinment GmbH<\/b><\/p>\n

Frankfurt\/Main, July 26, 2024<\/b> – On July 26, 2024, Avemio AG acquired shares representing 80% of the share capital of L.E.A. Investment GmbH, Lahr, from Orbiton Holding GmbH, Lahr, via its subsidiary Teltec AG, Mainz-Kastel.
\nWith this transaction, Teltec AG also acquired all shares in the subsidiary of L.E.A. Investment GmbH, Infinment GmbH, Lahr.
\nThe share transfer is scheduled to be completed by August 31, 2024. The purchase price in the mid-single-digit million euro range will not be paid in cash for the most part, but by assuming obligations and will also be financed by a vendor loan.<\/p>\n

L.E.A. Investment GmbH is an advisory firm specializing in corporate finance with a focus on implementation-oriented acquisition and growth financing (both debt- and equity-based).
\nAndreas Fischer will remain Managing Director and will receive a new employment contract until June 30, 2029. <\/p>\n

Orbiton Holding GmbH has the right to sell the remaining 20% of the shares in L.E.A. Investment GmbH to Teltec AG by July 31, 2029.<\/p>\n
