The corresponding application is to be submitted to the D\u00fcsseldorf Stock Exchange shortly. <\/p>\n<p>The inclusion of the share in the general open market of the D\u00fcsseldorf Stock Exchange remains unaffected by this. The shares will continue to be traded on the general open market even after the listing on the primary market has been discontinued. The rights of existing shareholders will also remain unchanged.  <\/p>\n<p>The Management Board has carefully examined the advantages and disadvantages of further inclusion in the primary market. In view of the company&#8217;s current situation, no capital measures are currently planned that would require a listing in this segment. The planned change of segment will enable a noticeable reduction in compliance and costs.
