Avemio AG: 2025 Revenue and Earnings Based on Preliminary Figures<\/p>\n

Mainz-Kastel, September 18, 2026<\/b>. Based on the current status of the preparation of the 2025 consolidated financial statements, Avemio AG expects consolidated revenue of approximately EUR 79.8 million for fiscal year 2025. Consolidated revenue is thus approximately 9% below the prior-year figure of EUR 87.9 million and below the forecast published in the outlook section of the 2024 Annual Report, which projected a slight year-over-year increase in consolidated revenue.<\/p>\n

Based on the current status of the preparation of the consolidated financial statements, operating income (EBIT) is expected to fall within a range of EUR -5.4 million to EUR -6.5 million (previous forecast: an improvement into positive territory; 2024: EUR -4.7 million). The return to a positive operating result targeted in the forecast report was therefore not achieved. The figures are preliminary and have not yet been audited. <\/p>\n

The primary reasons for the lower-than-expected revenue and earnings performance are, in particular, the ongoing reluctance to invest in the core business of trading in video equipment, lower profit contributions from the digital division than anticipated in the forecast report, as well as the economic and financial-statement impacts of the insolvency proceedings involving Teltec AG and other Group companies. Against this backdrop, write-downs on financial assets ranging from EUR 14 million to EUR 16 million will be recognized in the consolidated financial statements. <\/p>\n

Efforts are currently underway to find a going-concern solution for Teltec AG through an insolvency plan. The goal is to restructure the company and subsequently conclude the insolvency proceedings. The necessary consultations and reviews have not yet been completed; the outcome of the proceedings remains uncertain. <\/p>\n
