Code of Conduct

Our Code of Conduct reflects our values and responsibilities and promotes integrity in our business. They provide the framework for mutual interaction within the company and with our business partners and are considered binding for Avemio AG and its subsidiaries on an international level.

Code of Conduct

In our work environment, everyone has the right to feel safe, respected and valued. This Code of Conduct serves as a guide for daily behavior and interactions with each other in order to live and promote the integrity of trust, openness and cooperation.

Compliance

As a company, the Avemio Group not only bears responsibility for compliance with legal requirements and internal regulations, but above all responsibility towards people.
The people who are not only the driving forces behind our operational business, but who also shape and live our corporate culture and philosophy. This makes it all the more important to create clear communication channels so that everyone can participate in our corporate values and be heard.

The whistleblower system enables all Group employees and external stakeholders to report possible violations and misconduct securely and anonymously. Breaches of regulations include human rights violations, money laundering offenses, unfair competition, data protection violations and breaches of environmental regulations.
